Initial Session
The first session (1 hr) is to get to know you better, address any issues and concerns, and begin to create goals.
Follow-Up Sessions
Ongoing sessions (45 min) will focus on developing treatment goals, building coping skills, and strengthening self-confidence. We can go at your pace and talk about what you want.
Therapy Groups
Skills groups and interpersonal process groups (1 hr) are offered regularly throughout the year, targeting common issues faced by teens and young adults.
